Every clinic is hands-on and position-specific. The focus shifts session to session, but it always comes back to these three areas.
High-rep shooting work — crease rolls, inside finishes, and scoring under pressure. Players leave with a shot they trust and the confidence to take it.
Position-specific reps for keepers: angles, positioning, and reading inside shots, taught by a current Division I goalie. Shooters and stoppers train together, the way games are actually played.
The foundation everything else is built on — reaction time, efficient movement, transition decisions, and the smart-play habits that separate good players from great ones.
Our clinics are designed for high-rep, position-specific training in a competitive, encouraging environment — ideal for players preparing for tournaments, school tryouts, and the next level of play. Most clinics are open to grades 5–12 and welcome both girls and boys goalies.
Clinic lineups change from session to session, so we can’t promise any one coach for a given date. What we can promise is the level. These are examples of the coaches and players who’ve led Gulls training — experienced coaches alongside athletes who’ve competed at the college level.
A former All-American defender at the University of Mary Washington and two-time UMW Hall of Fame inductee, Beth played in the NCAA Tournament all four years, including two Final Four appearances.
She has coached professionally with the English Lacrosse Association and now directs the Savannah Gulls and the area’s girls youth programs — bringing a decade-plus of coaching experience to the club.
Tessa is a goalie at Clemson University, a top-15 Division I program. The Clemson women’s lacrosse team finished the 2026 season with an overall record of 15-6, reaching the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
A standout at Maryvale Preparatory School in Maryland, Tessa earned multiple honors including All-Metro recognition and All-America South Team selection while leading her team to an IAAM “A” Conference Championship.
First Team All-American Holly Hill is a recent graduate of Saint Leo University, a Division II team currently ranked 2nd in the Sunshine State Conference. The Saint Leo women’s lacrosse team had a historic, record-breaking season in 2026, finishing 15-5 overall.
Holly is known for her strong offensive IQ, creativity around the crease, and ability to develop athletes in fast-paced game situations.
Lineups vary from clinic to clinic, but the standard doesn’t: every Gulls clinic is led by experienced coaches and players who’ve competed at a high level. Your player gets real reps, real feedback, and a competitive environment that pushes them — whoever’s on staff that session.
Clinics fill up fast and aren’t always on the calendar far in advance. Drop your info and we’ll email you the moment the next one opens — before spots are gone.
